The Importance of SPF, all year round

Gone are the days where cloudy skies meant we could leave our SPF behind. UVB rays might be weaker during the colder months but UVA rays are the ones we need to be aware of. Your skin is prone to wrinkles, premature ageing and damage just as much now as they were when you were soaking up the sun on holiday during the summer.

If you’re heading slopeside, stock up on your SPF. Snow actually reflects UVA rays, doubling your exposure! Other common spaces to think of are through your car windows whilst driving and shorter bursts of exposure. Even popping out for an Autumn stroll.
