We start processing your Saltee as soon as you press “buy”. For UK orders, our friends at the Royal Mail will handle the delivery. Your postie should be dropping the order off within 2-3 business days. If it hasn’t arrived by then – contact us here and we’ll work out what’s happening.

Standard UK Delivery (£3.99)

UK Next Day Delivery (£4.99) Orders must be placed on or before 1pm to qualify for UK next day delivery.

Europe (£7.00)

Rest of World (£10.00)

Free standard UK shipping on orders of over £40.00

We accept returns up to 30 days after you have received your Saltee delivery.

Process

As long as the Saltee suncream has not been used, we will issue a full refund once the item has been received by us at our warehouse. Please note that the cost of return will need to be covered by the customer, as we do not offer free returns.

Saltee cannot be held responsible for any returns that are lost in the post, and we strongly recommend using a signed for service when posting returns to us. Please ensure that all returns reach us in a saleable condition. For example, please do not affix any stickers to the packaging.

Cancellation

If any Saltee products are damaged in the post, then we will replace them free of charge, please contact us here.
